RiverGem est une maison de 3 chambres magnifiquement restaurĂ©e situĂ©e au cƓur de Margaret River, Ă  distance de marche des magasins, des cafĂ©s, des restaurants, d'une brasserie, des galeries et d'un parc pour enfants. La riviĂšre Margaret et ses magnifiques pistes cyclables et sentiers de randonnĂ©e ne sont qu'Ă  quelques pas de votre porte.
RiverGem est une maison entiÚrement équipée avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. La premiÚre chambre a un lit queen et une salle de bains attenante, la deuxiÚme chambre a un lit double et la troisiÚme chambre a un lit double.
Il propose une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, TV / DVD, Netflix, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle et four micro-ondes, un lave-linge, le systÚme de chauffage / climatisation dans le salon, Livres et jeux Playstation TV / DVD, jardin clos avec barbecue et barbecue. Lit bébé et chaise haute sont disponibles sur demande.

Light and Sunny

Lovely sunny aspect to front rooms. Quiet location off main road. Easy walk into town. Italian restaurant just around the corner. Good sized rooms. Kichen well supplied. We had a lovely stay.

River Gem is a Gem!

We were 3 couples and we all had good spaced rooms. Clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Location is perfect in a backstreet from the main road and we could walk everywhere to restaurants and shops. We all agreed we would stay there again when we revisit Margret River next time.

Comfortable getaway

The house is very clean, well appointed, is exactly like the photos online and the location is within walking distance of the main street. However the night before our check out, I was taken aback that the Property Manager Bec requested that we take out the rubbish to the bins outside. I thought this is why a cleaning fee is charged. I’ve never had this request with other properties I’ve stayed at in recent months. I don’t know if this is a new thing or it’s just this property in particular.

Spacious home in town

The home is located right at the edge of town and close to everything, the Margaret River, walks, cycling paths and all restaurants and shops. The comms with Bec was easy and timely and she was helpful in answering my questions. The home is spacious and was super clean and has everything you need but we found the outdoor area could be done a bit nicer in our opinion. Unfortunately there is quite a bit of building going around the neighbourhood so it was a bit noisy in the mornings. The main bedroom bed was also a bit squeaky but I let Bec know and hopefully this will be fixed for the text holidayers.

Great location just a short walk into town. The house was lovely and clean. It was really nice to have a warm and cosy house to come back to after a day out checking out the sights of Margaret River. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.

Nice place, could do with some more insulation

Large comfortable house. One bed and bathroom are separated from the other bath and bedrooms so there is privacy. The only real complaint was the lack of insulation in the building, as it was hard to heat properly (it was winter) without burning lots of electricity. Chairs around the tables are also really tired and uncomfortable. Not major issues, but would improve the property if fixed.

Great house in a great location...however due to major roadworks in the Main Street traffic is diverted directly past the property and is very noisy at times

Well situated and well maintained. The seal around the rubber on the washing machine needs a thorough clean, and a note to leave open, otherwise it goes moldy!

Awesome place!

We had a great time during our stay, place was perfect for our needs with 2 small kids. It was clean and tidy, had all amenities, close to town, close to the rover and walking trails. Will definitely stay again.
