🏡 The Space

The great room is the showpiece — a full two stories of glass facing the water, with an open catwalk above and a sectional big enough for everyone. The kitchen runs on double wall ovens, a gas cooktop, a coffee station with Keurig, and an island with seating, opening onto a dining table for eight with the canal right outside.



Upstairs is effectively a second home: a full living area with leather sofas and a TV, its own wet bar with sink, microwave, and beverage fridge, and doors onto a big screened balcony overlooking the pool.

A spiral staircase off the balcony takes you up to the roof. Adirondack chairs, a fire table, and 360° across the waterways and Marco Island.
