This condo is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. (Check your credit card statement) Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. You will be following the payment schedule from Marco Island Rental Properties not VRBO for your booking. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out promptly.

This attractive 1 Bedroom, 1 1/2 Bath Condo is situated on the beachfront (without beach view) and features brand new furniture, HD TVs with HD cable channels. The bedroom offers a King Bed, while the living room includes a sleeper sofa. Guests can enjoy a large heated pool with beach access. A variety of restaurants and bars are conveniently located within a short walking distance of the condo.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 90 days prior to Arrival Date. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. The building application fee is not refundable.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
