This beautiful condo offers a picturesque view of the Gulf of Mexico that will take your breath away. The living and dining areas are bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The condo features floor-to-ceiling windows and wrap around balcony that provide panoramic views of the sparkling blue water, allowing you to enjoy mesmerizing sunsets from the comfort of your home away from home. And we do want you to feel at home!

Start your day with a nice cup of coffee or tea while enjoying the breathtaking sea views, make breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen. Grab your flipflops and go down to the beach for a walk to enjoy the morning fresh sea breeze. You might find true treasures left by the ocean at night - shells and even sand dollars! As your day goes, you might want to return to the beach but this time make sure to bring the beach chairs and umbrella, maybe some beach toys if you have kids (all beach supplies are provided), or just relax in the heated pool downstairs. For adventurers, Marco Island has a lot to offer, including shopping and dining, some within the walking distance.
You could also explore nearby areas – Naples, Bonita Springs and the Everglades.

Just what we hoped for!

We stayed for a week in early May 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. This is an end unit facing west so you can see both directions on the beach and beautiful sunsets as well. We spent a lot of time on the wrap around balcony and enjoyed the views from the many windows. The unit was clean, the kitchen equipment was top quality. The owners had beach towels, games and things for kids as well as a big closet packed with beach toys and equipment. The pool and grounds were also great.As other reviews have mentioned, the bathrooms and kitchen could use an update but everything was clean and functional.Irina was great to work with.We Loved It !!!

Great view with wrap around balcony. The condo is dated but clean and comfortable. Walk to the beach is a hike but the condo has everything you need. Awesome pickleball crowd each morning.

The Total Beach Package

From the moment of booking to the moment of departure, there was excellent communication with the owner. The property is as described. Check in at the security gate and with Property Management were easy. Parking is very convenient and allocated spots for unloading and loading are a great touch. The property description is spot on. The breathtaking views that greet you and the views from the balcony are amazing. The condo was neat, clean, and fully equipped-with a few minutes of searching we could always come up with whatever item we were searching for. The beach is immediately accessible, expansive, and wonderful white sand. There are tons of dining and shopping experiences within 10 minutes of the condo and the overall convenience makes it a perfect place to relax and hang out with friends and family!

Location and great host but needs a bit more spit and polish

We stayed in this condo for 5 weeks in the winter and were overall very pleased. The location couldn't be better with fabulous views of a beautiful beach and a lagoon full of birds and surrounded by greenery. The wrap-around balcony allowed for sun or shade and mostly you could find a place out of the wind on the cooler days. The host is incredibly accommodating and quick to respond. She went out of her way more than once to ensure we had what we needed. The condo is tastefully and fairly newly furnished and extremely well-equipped. I was so grateful to have pans and skillets that didn't have torn up and scratched non-stick coating. They even supplied K-cups and Nespresso pods. There were things that kept me from giving this condo a 10 rating. One was the size of the kitchen which isn't obvious in the photos. There is barely room to turn around in it with extremely limited work space. Additionally, the kitchen and bathrooms badly need refurbishing - the cabinets and countertops are old, chipped formica, the kitchen ceiling is a domed plastic with lights behind it and the plastic is chipped and cracked in places, the bathtub is molded plastic, the closet doors are old metal and rusted, the inside of the medicine cabinet is rusted, and the paint job in the bathroom is shoddy with the new paint not actually continued all the way to the baseboards so that the old paint shows at the bottom. Given the price, these issues seem inexcusable and mostly easy to fix.

Practically perfect in every way!

We can’t say enough about this stay — our experience was top notch. From the absolutely breathtaking panoramic views from the balcony to the beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed condo to the kindest, most thoughtful host, our stay was perfect! I especially loved the unique beachfront property offering amazing views of the sand, sea and the beautiful, lush lagoon teeming with wildlife. This is on the ‘quiet’ side of the island, truly a nature-lovers paradise! We enjoyed long walks up and down Tigertail Beach — pristine and very quiet. The unit was so comfortably appointed, with everything needed for a homelike stay. Comfy furniture, cozy blankets, even fans for each room. I was especially thankful for the beach wagon and chairs, as the hike to oceanfront is rather long due to the gorgeous but vast beachfront! (we loved the size of the beach because, even during a peak week, it felt like we had the beach all to ourselves.) The shelling was incredible and we discovered many treasures! Loved the fighting conchs and the amazing burrowing owls on property! Our family enjoyed access to the many pickleball and tennis courts, bocce, shuffleboard, putting greens and small marina. Irina had paddles, balls, racquets and everything else needed for vacation fun. My daughter was especially impressed at the thoughtful art supplies left in the desk!Irina was the definition of hospitality and clearly cares for her guests! We can’t wait to return to this beautiful condo!

Wonderful experience!

Great central location for walking up and down the beach and to restaurants/bars up and down Collier. Cross the street for access to tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, putting green, and bocce ball. Easy, convenient parking. Lovely, clean unit with pleasant modern decor and nice touches throughout. Great location in the building with beautiful views of the beach/ocean/sunsets from every room (except the bathrooms) and the wrap around balcony. Nice pool on site with views from the unit. Strong, reliable WiFi and TVs. Well-stocked kitchen. The owner/manager was appropriately communicative, attentive, professional, and hospitable. We were very happy here and had a great experience - hated to leave! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay with amazing sunsets

Wonderful condo on San Marco Island directly on Tigertrail beach. The unit is equiped well with everything you need. Pool, gym and parking garage is closeby. We enjoyed our stay in Seavie of Marco. Sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset. Thanks to Irina for hosting us.
