Start your morning with coffee on the balcony overlooking the Gulf and pool, then head downstairs to enjoy the beach without worrying about driving, finding parking, or hauling your beach gear across town. We provide beach chairs, a cabana tent, a beach bag, shelling bags, and a speaker to make your beach days easier. Spend the afternoon shelling along the shoreline, swimming in the heated community pool, or simply enjoying the sunshine and coastal scenery.

The Ivory Cove is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo that comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The spacious bedroom features a king-size bed, a large dresser, an armoire, a walk-in closet with wooden hangers, ample storage, and a safe. A comfortable queen Pottery Barn sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space, making the condo a welcoming option for couples, friends, or small families.

The well-equipped kitchen makes preparing meals at home simple, with Corian countertops, stainless steel appliances, an electric cooktop, self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. You'll also find a Ninja coffee maker, Keurig, air fryer, blender, crock pot, cookware, and everyday kitchen essentials. Whether you're enjoying a leisurely breakfast before heading to the beach or preparing dinner after a day exploring the island, you'll have the comforts you need to make yourself at home.

A CONVENIENT LOCATION, WITHOUT THE HASSLE
Location and convenience make a difference when you're staying for a month or longer. Nearby restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and covered assigned parking is included. Laundry facilities are located just down the hall, and elevator access makes getting to and from your fourth-floor condo easy. Sunset House is a smaller building, offering a more relaxed setting with less time spent waiting for elevators during busy times. Wi-Fi and cable are also included for your comfort and convenience.

Please note that the condo has one bedroom and one bathroom, with a maximum occupancy of four guests. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed and one queen sleeper sofa. The condo offers fourth-floor elevator access, Gulf and pool views, private beach access, a heated community pool, covered assigned parking, Wi-Fi, cable, and beach equipment. Laundry facilities are located down the hall; there is no washer or dryer inside the condo. Monthly rentals of 30 days or longer are available. Please note that rental rates do not include applicable taxes. An HOA application and application fee are also required.
