Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium offers the ultimate in comfort and convenience, located at the coveted Sea Winds building on Marco Island’s south end, just steps away from the pristine white sands of Marco Beach.

Perched on the 3rd floor, this private unit boasts unobstructed, panoramic views of the sparkling blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, where you can enjoy Marco Island’s world-famous sunsets right from your own balcony. The private screened-in lanai is the ideal spot to relax, complete with a dining table and lounge chairs—perfect for watching wildlife and soaking in the natural beauty of the island.

Accessing the beach couldn’t be easier—simply take the elevator or climb two flights of stairs to reach the building's direct gated beach access.

The condo is fully updated for your comfort, featuring brand new mattresses, bedding, towels, and kitchenware. The master bedroom offers a cozy Queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds. A Queen sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space for two, accommodating up to 6 guests. Both bathrooms feature modern walk-in showers for added convenience.

Stay connected with three flat-screen TVs and secure WiFi throughout the condo. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Plus, you’ll find a washer and dryer inside the condo for added convenience.

Mediocre property

Overall, condo was cramped. All mattresses were way too soft (maybe cheap mattresses?). Couch was very uncomfortable. Every horizontal surface was jammed with bric-a-brac so there was nowhere to place items. Overall, would not recommend.

AC only worked the first two nights

The AC only worked the first two nights. In August, that is not a good combination, I thought I was going to melt. There wasn’t one comfortable bed, the mattresses were awful and the bed in the master bedroom is not a king as advertised. Other than that, it was good. If you get trapped in the middle of a storm in Florida like we did (weird right) there is only one trash bag extra, so travel with extra everything in case you can’t go grocery shopping and supply shopping in your vacation.

Beautiful views of beach, gulf and sunset

We had a wonderful time. The view was incredible from the third floor. You have everything that you need especially for the beach. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. The condo was very clean and open. The two walk-in showers were great. The only suggestion that we have is to get rid of the rugs. They are not user friendly. This doesn't change our 5 star rating though. Great place to relax.

Spectacular Accommodations with View

The two bedroom condo was impeccable. All the appliances were brand new. The closets were well stocked with beach towels and toys. The balcony was screened in and perfect for our needs as well as being on the third floor. The view of the gulf was spectacular. The only downside was the unreliability of the Internet. We had to contact the office manager in order to learn how to reboot the system. We had to do that several times throughout the trip Every time a device was turned off it lost connectivity with the Internet and most often had to be reconnected from scratch.TV in the master bedroom never connected to the Internet. It was unclear that the so-called cable system was really free Internet channels with no access to sports, politics, or timely news. Also, we thought it was inappropriate to ask us to re-supply paper towels, TP, and tisssue.

Marco never disappoints!

Great location, extremely well appointed (kitchen, supplies, towels, beach accessories - they have it all!), and very comfortable. Communications with Property Managers was excellent - made it a seamless process! Would definitely stay again!

Beautifully remodeled VERY clean Owners thought of everything utensil wise Smaller rooms buy comfortable Great View Easy walk to beach- nice handicap accessible boardwalk and pool. Tons of towels, beach towels, beach toys, games. Check in before heading to the grocery. We could of done without buying laundry detergent, hand soap, trash bags. Even some unopened cereal and such left.

Marco Island newbie

Our first stay at Marco Island was incredible. Highlights include having all the beach paraphernalia you'd ever need provided in a "locker," a Keurig coffeemaker, and an overall comfy cozy experience. Two semi cons: the master bedroom mattress sunk in the middle, making for some nighttime struggles and the balcony featured screens. Full disclosure - the screens are highlighted in the overview, so we knew about that and didn't think we'd care ... turns out we do. That being said, our visit was in May, so there weren't bugs. I'm guessing that might change later and screens would be a plus. Still, I give this rental a 5.
