The town's beach extends parallel to the seafront of the lively town, one of the most popular destinations on the island in the summer. The perfect destination for sea and nature lovers, the town is in a perfect position to satisfy everyone's needs. In addition to the famous beaches of the north-west coast, there is no shortage of wooded areas and panoramic points.

The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 adults. (5 adults or 4 adults + 2 children under 12 years old)
Access is from the ground floor, where you will find the kitchenette with dining table and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, to be reached by a wooden staircase, a living room with sofa bed and coffee table, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a second bathroom with tub and washing machine.

Important Notes:
- minimum age for check-in is 21 years (aimed at groups of young people)
- rental for a maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults plus two children
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For this structure, collection usually takes place in our offices in Portoferraio.
