The apartment consists of a dining room with a double sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchenette with induction hobs and washing machine with a wonderful view of the Gulf of Marciana Marina. Double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed
- check-in in our offices from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00; for check-in after 20:00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid

- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 15:00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at the property via a self check-in procedure or in our offices located in Portoferraio where you can collect the rented bed and bathroom linen, unless you have given adequate notice for delivery to the apartment.
