Guest Access:
The property is equipped with key pad door locks. Your code will be sent to you the morning of arrival of your stay. Additionally, a property information booklet link will be emailed to you in advance of your stay. This contains all the relevant house information, like WiFi network names, password as well as house rules and check out procedures. Please let us know if you would like us to email you this information booklet or send to other guests.
The Neighborhood:
Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas hill country and is about 1 hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Houston and 3 hours from Dallas. One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay, has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredericksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has a lot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life.
Getting Around:
A car is required to get around Horseshoe Bay given it has a more rural setting.

- Pets are allowed with written permission only. Any pets or animals brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $500 dollar penalty. There is a maximum of 2 pets, and unfortunately cats are not allowed at all. The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay. You must keep your pet on a leash at all times in accordance with local city ordinances, unless inside this property.
- The swimming pool: It can be heated at an extra cost. If you would like the pool heated please contact us and we will set it up. Please do not heat the pool on your own. Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the pool. Broken glass in the pool will result in extra fines. Please help us keep the water clean by rinsing off any sunscreen before entering the pool.
- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.
- Per local ordinances, outdoor spaces have quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Please no loud noise.

The home was great for our party of 8. Great location and perfect for our New Years getaway. We would stay there again but just want to note a couple of issues that we noticed. Not a deal breaker but definitely somethings to note. NO water pressure in one of the showers. 2 out of 3 bars was missing from the closet. One bathroom door would not stay shut. No full mirror in the house. Also only 2 towels per bathroom. Water took forever to heat in bathrooms and kitchen. Microwave was on "demo" mode when we got there and had to turn off the breaker to get it to reset. The kitchen is minimally stocked. The basics are there but don't expect to have any spices/ziplock bags/foil.

Our 80th Birthday Celebration
Our weekend at 308 HB was outstanding. However, it was difficult to communicate with the managers as only email was permitted. I'm sure there is a good reason but in 2025 I found that intimidating and frustrating. One set of six questions took over a week to be answered. The facility was awesome! It was top of the line. The owner is commended for sharing such an incredible facility. Would I rent it again? YES!

Wonderful family getaway
We celebrated our 50th anniversary with the whole family. Kids and adults all enjoyed the property, especially the pool. We had a boat delivered one afternoon and went tubing. That process was seamless.
We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom.
The kitchen was well equipped and we really enjoyed the coffee bar. We grilled also.
The great room never felt crowded.
A fantastic place for a large family.

Great family getaway
We enjoyed staying at this property with my family. There were 7 adults and 2 children and the accommodations fit everyone! Plenty of space for all to spread out and gather together. The management company provided excellent service and was extremely responsive to any issues we had. We rented a boat one day which was the highlight of the trip (arranged by the management company). We would definitely stay here again.
The only issue we had was that the washer was broken and we did not find out until the last minute. The management company went out of their way to help with this by offering to do our laundry, etc. If this is an important feature to you, be sure to check prior to arrival. Otherwise, everything was just perfect!!

Great House - Great Location
This is a wonderful house! Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Also TVs and ceiling fans are in all bedrooms. All rooms are spacious. The house was spotless - easily the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. The large dining table was perfect for the eight of us on game night.
This is a beautiful area and a great location. We spent one day in nearby Marble Falls and one day we made the one hour drive to Fredericksburg.
The communication with management was always prompt and easy.
I would highly recommend this beautiful house!

Birthday Weekend
We had a group of adults come celebrate my wife’s birthday and the house was everything we could have asked for. Plenty of space and privacy for each couple. The bunk room was a huge bonus by having queens, allowing adults to stay in that room as well. Concierge service was top notch. Communicated regularly with us to make sure everything was what we expected. Very helpful in setting up activities and making recommendations. Would stay here again.

Different than expected
The house is beautiful, each room has it's own bathroom, the bunk room and master were amazing. When we arrived, the door code we were given was wrong and we couldn't access the property. It took about 20 minutes to finally get into the house, which delayed us picking up our car from Marble Falls and the rental place closing, leaving us without a vehicle for our entire stay. We had to Instacart and Favor everything. The Marina had to bring our boat to us and then we had to take them back.
The description and messaging with the property management company explained the house had a wet slip for our boat. Yes, there is a wet slip, next to the boat of the owner, at the end of a cove which is very difficult to get into. In addition, even walking to the slip (our boat) was treacherous as there was very little space, a boat anchor on the tiny walkway and just not ideal in general.
The prior tenants had trash in the bins inside the garage which didn't smell great.
I generally do not nit pick on any rentals, usually any issues are resolved quickly by a property management company or the owner themselves reaching out, which is plenty for us, but we received no resolution. If you want a nice house to stay in, this would be great for you, but if you have a boat, I wouldn't recommend it.

Serenity / Relaxing Location
Love this place! Easy and convenient check-in and check-out. The place was open and inviting with a heated pool! Enough space for a family with more room to spare. Location is about 15 minutes from HEB and the nearby Starbucks. There was also a closer store nearby, but we preferred HEB because they have everything you need. We drove about 45-50 minutes to the new winery "Slate Theory Winery" - which was great!
Overall, this place is a perfect stay for family and/or friends.
I would definitely recommend this stay for you and your family and friends.

Dreamy Family Staycation
My husband and I decided to get away for the weekend with our one year old son, and this home exceeded our high expectations! The house is lovely and new, with top-of-the-line appliances and decor, and plenty of space to relax (It would be perfect for a large/multi-family gathering). The outdoor area is comfortable with a perfectly-sized pool. Even on a rainy day we enjoyed the covered patio!
I also have to give a shout out to the property management company for being so friendly and attentive from the minute we booked our stay. Thank you so much! We would definitely return again in the future!
