This world tour accommodation was recently renovated in 2023: modern furniture in tones typical of the highlighted continents, mixed with natural materials and soft lighting, make this place comfortable and homely. The long and spacious terrace offers a very pleasant and relaxed space with its large corner lounge and dining room, ideal for switching off and enjoying moments outdoors with family and friends.
This spacious and bright apartment has a maximum capacity of 6 people. It has 130 m² and a sunny terrace of 22 m², three bedrooms each with access to the terrace, two bathrooms (one en suite), a guest toilet, a spacious modern and welcoming lounge, a fully equipped kitchen and a parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment is located in Altos de los Monteros in the hills of Marbella.

The main pool area is equipped with showers and bathrooms; both pool areas are surrounded by beautiful exotic gardens and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas.
The complex offers the most demanding client peace of mind, privacy and comfort, but only 3 minutes from the nearest restaurant Hacienda Monte Marina and the equestrian club, 6 minutes' drive from the beach and nearest golf courses and 10 minutes from restaurants, shops, more sandy beaches, nightlife, pharmacies, major banks and the heart of the lively and cosmopolitan Marbella.
Marbella not only offers beautiful sandy beaches, but also an authentic old town. From Marbella, you can walk along the coast on beautiful pedestrian paths to Puerto Banús, the most prestigious marina in the Mediterranean.
If you are a golf enthusiast, this is the perfect place! There are numerous well-known golf courses in the vicinity and also a tennis club.
Costa del Sol Hospital is downhill (5 minutes) and the shopping centre "La Cañada" is 10 minutes away. It takes approximately 45 minutes to reach Málaga airport.

A considerable amount of unwashed dirty dishes.
Accumulation of rubbish within the accommodation. It is the guest's responsibility to dispose of rubbish in the street containers indicated in the guide before departure.
Irreversible damage to towels and bedding (makeup, creams, chemical products).
