To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please respect the following community rules:



Noise: Please keep noise to a minimum and avoid loud music, shouting, or parties that may disturb other residents, especially at night.



Rubbish and recycling: Please dispose of rubbish and recycling in the designated containers.



Laundry: Do not hang washing where it is visible from communal areas.



Pool, gardens, and walkways: Ball games are not permitted in these areas.



Common areas: Please do not use communal areas for parties, eating, or drinking.



Pets: Dogs must always be kept on a lead in communal areas. Please clean up after your pet and do not allow pets to roam unattended.



Vehicles: Do not ride or park motorcycles, scooters, or bicycles in communal pedestrian areas. Cleaning or repairing vehicles in communal areas is also prohibited.



Parking: Trailers, boats, and caravans must not be parked in communal areas.



Terraces: When washing your terrace, please ensure that wastewater does not flow onto neighbouring properties or communal areas.

Our towels love drying guests after a refreshing shower... but they're not designed for removing makeup or cleaning shoes! 😊



Please help us keep them fresh and fluffy by avoiding using them for makeup removal or shoe cleaning.



Unfortunately, makeup stains and shoe marks often cannot be removed during laundering. Towels that are permanently damaged have to be replaced, and the cost of replacement may be charged to guests.
