Common Areas: The complex has two community pools where you can cool off after a day at the beach.

Access to accommodation: You will have access to the entire house to yourself!

Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m.

Access is via a modern and secure digital key (it is essential to have a smartphone with an internet connection to open).

The apartment is located in the prestigious Playa de Alicate Residential Building, one of Marbella's most sought-after, secure, and peaceful residential areas.

The Beach: Just a short walk away is Alicate Beach, famous for its natural dunes, fine sand, and for being one of the city's best stretches of coastline.

Places of Interest and Dining: Along the beach, you'll find excellent and renowned beach bars where you can sample local cuisine and the best fried fish. You're also very close to famous beach clubs, top-notch golf courses (such as Santa Clara Golf), and all essential services.

Amenities: Supermarkets, pharmacies, and shops are just minutes away, ensuring you have everything you need during your stay.

The location offers very quick access to the Mediterranean Highway (A-7). Marbella city center and the old town are just a 10-minute drive away, and Malaga Airport is approximately 35-40 minutes away.

Public Transport: Within easy walking distance of the residential complex (near the A-7), you will find city bus stops (such as "Los Alicates" or "Colegio Las Chapas") that connect you directly to Marbella Bus Station and other areas along the coast.

Parking: There is an outdoor parking area around the Avenida and next to the residential complex where it is usually easy to find a space.

SCHEDULE OF USE FOR THE POOL: 10:00 A.M UNTIL 10:00 P.M
IT IS NOT PERMITTED THE USE OUTSIDE THIS SCHEDULE.
PLEASE NOT MAKE ANY NOISE BETWEEN 3.00 AND 5.00 P.M.
Legal Registration: Mandatory for guests aged 14 and over (Order INT/321/2021). Access will be denied if online registration is not completed.
Quiet and Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. The apartment has a noise sensor. Exceeding 75dB or tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
No Smoking: Both in the apartment and in the building's common areas.
Cleaning: Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken outside the building upon departure.
Pets: No animals of any kind are allowed (including assistance animals).
Visitors: Access is prohibited to anyone not included in the reservation.
