The area is home to three stunning beaches: Playa Nueva Andalucia, Playa Puerto Banus and Playa del Rio Verde. The closest of these, Playa Nueva AndalucĂa, is a five minute walk safely through the underpass by the Casino. No parties, bachelor/hen type groups etc are allowed to stay at this property. Should we receive any noise complaints, damage or complaints of rowdy/inappropriate behaviour guests will be evicted by Airbnb and no refund issued. On reserving this property guests are complaint that they have read and agree to abide the house rules.
Please note that despite the 'Instant Book' feature, groups of guests under the age of 30 will subsequently have their booking cancelled.
