For added convenience, the property also benefits from off-site parking for one car, making it easy to come and go as you explore further afield.

After a day discovering the Cornish coast, unwind in the cosy living room, where you can sink into the comfortable sofa and enjoy a film on the wall-mounted Smart TV. On cooler evenings, the wood burner creates a warm and inviting space to relax and unwind together. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for your stay, whether you are preparing relaxed breakfasts or hearty family meals. It includes an electric oven, induction hob, slim dishwasher, undercounter fridge with freezer compartment, air fryer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The adjoining dining area offers a welcoming space to gather and enjoy meals together.

The property offers three well-presented bedrooms spread across the upper floors. The second-floor master bedroom features a double bed and a charming Juliette window, where you can enjoy glimpses of the sea with your morning coffee. On the first floor, the second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, bedside table and chest of drawers. Also on the second floor, the third bedroom provides a bunk bed and chest of drawers, making it ideal for younger guests only. The family bathroom, located on the first floor, includes a bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. There is also a separate WC on the second floor, conveniently positioned for guests staying in the upper bedrooms.

Outside, guests can follow the shared path to a fenced decked seating area, complete with a summerhouse and additional outdoor seating. This peaceful spot provides the perfect place to relax in the sunshine and enjoy the coastal air after a day exploring the surrounding area.

Ocean Mists sleeps up to a maximum of four adults, two children and one infant across three bedrooms. The third bedroom offers a bunk bed which is suitable for children only.

The living area can seat up to four guests across the sofa and one armchair. The dining table can seat up to six guests using a spare chair provided in the kitchen.

Ocean Mists is a renovated Cornish cottage with narrow internal stairs. Due to the style of the stairs, the stairgate can only be used in the bedrooms.

Ocean Mists is located over three floors and guests will be required to climb stairs.

There are also an additional 12 steps leading to the outside area and further steps up into Ocean Mists decking and summerhouse.

Access Statement - Ocean Mists shares a front gate with the neighbouring cottage and shared access from the rear kitchen door to the cottage’s decked outside space. From the pavement, there are several stone steps consisting of three steps leading up to the front door.
