Tropical Dream Vacation is located in the heart of the Florida Keys! Only 1 hour away from the beautiful Key West, where you can take a day trip and experience everything the Florida Keys has to offer!

You can enjoy many activities such as sightseeing, paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, boating, fishing, diving, etc! You will always have a different adventure to go on! The Florida Keys Country Club is located in the neighborhood and has activities such as golfing and tennis courts.

Down the street from the home is Sombrero Beach where you can enjoy a relaxing day at the beach or watch the stunning sunrise and sunset. There are playgrounds for the kiddos and volleyball courts! The beach has endless space to have a picnic. Parking is free and there are bath facilities available. You can access the beach by jogging, using the bicycles the property offers, or taking a quick car ride.

There are local bars and restaurants nearby where you can enjoy time with family and friends and consume fresh food, caught daily.

PLACES TO VISIT

Aside from the many activities to do at the home and neighborhood, several interesting places to visit are:
- Aquarium Encounters: You can hand feed sharks, touch the rays, snorkel with fish, and see tortoise, lobsters, snappers, and many other creatures of the sea!
- Dolphin Research Center: Go on a swim with dolphins and meet the sea lions!
- Fishing Charters: Take an exciting adventure on a charter boat and visit the local reefs, or bottom fish with live bait and catch a variety of fish such as yellowtail snappers, barracuda, king fish, mahis, and more!
- Bahia Honda State Park: From snorkeling tours to boat slip rentals, kayaking, lodging, camping, and swimming!

HOME DETAILS

This property contains a spacious environment, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open concept living room that has a queen size sofa bed, a private pool, and a 50 ft private dock. It is located less than one mile (0.8 miles) from the beautiful Sombrero Beach!

Inside the home, there is a master bedroom that contains a king size bed and has a full bathroom attached to it. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have access to the front balcony. The third bedroom contains a bunkbed, with a twin on the top, and a full size mattress on the bottom. This bedroom has access to the rear balcony. The second full bath is shared by the living room area.

The home has wireless internet, 3 flat screen TV's, a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a gas grill, relaxing swimming pool, private dock, fishing station to descale and prepare your fresh catch, bait freezer, and four bicycles to explore the neighborhood.

Towels and linens are provided, in addition to a starter kit of toiletries.

Grocery and convenience stores are minutes away from the home. There is a Publix, Walgreens, and Winn-Dixie located less than 5 minutes away.

The home has a front and rear balcony where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the sunrise and sunset!

There is a spacious driveway with room for a boat trailer and several vehicles.

You can enjoy a day at the beach, an amazing fishing trip or snorkeling at Sombrero Reef Lighthouse. The neighborhood is filled with many activities to do and breathtaking views to see!

IMPORTANT NOTICE/FEES

Must be 25 years or older in order to rent. Proof of ID/Valid Driver’s License will be required to confirm identity and age.

Rental Rules and Regulations Agreement must be signed and returned one (1) week prior to scheduled check-in date.

Access instructions to the home will be given 48 hours prior to arrival.
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm.
Check-out time is 10:00 am sharp on the day of the departure.
Please read your property binder for instructions.

Refundable Security Deposit: $700
Cleaning Fee: $300
Optional Pool Heating: $200/week - Must be paid two weeks prior to check-in. Please notify host at least 1 week in advance of your scheduled check-in date if you would like to add pool heating to your stay.
Occupancy must not surpass the maximum limit of eight (8) persons regardless of age, per city of Marathon Rules.

Home is equipped with outside property surveillance cameras. They are recording for security and liability purposes only. These cameras are placed in common areas. There are no cameras inside the property and no one is actively viewing the cameras outside.

No pets allowed. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without refund.
