Sombrero Beach is right down the road from this beautiful and well-maintained home in the Heart of Marathon. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and fun things to do. Sombrero Light is right offshore for your snorkeling and diving pleasure. 

This home is located on a canal; it has a private pool with a dock that can accommodate a boat up to 35', with a fish cleaning station and an extra refrigerator downstairs next to the pool.  It also includes a kayak, a canoe, and two paddleboards for your entertainment. 

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The Master upstairs faces the water and has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a water closet and a walk-in shower. There are two other guestrooms upstairs, one with a queen and the other with bunk beds. Those two guestrooms share a hall bath with a tub and shower. There is an additional Master downstairs with a king bed and a bathroom that opens to the guestroom and the kitchen. All TV's are streaming.

The downstairs covered patio has a gas grill, a full-size refrigerator and freezer, dining table, and chairs.

This home is loaded with lots of fun amenities: beach and pool toys, 4 beach chairs and umbrella, two bikes, two paddle boards, a kayak, and a canoe!  A drip coffee maker and a Keurig are provided. There is plenty of patio furniture to lounge by the pool and enjoy the Florida Keys sunshine!

Located on Sombrero Beach Road, which is a great walking and biking area right down to the beach.  About a 15-minute walk to the Beach from this home. Sombrero Beach is an oceanfront beach with a volleyball net and a playground. 

Enjoy golf? Just down the street is the Florida Keys Country Club for 9 holes! Key West Golf Club has 18 holes, which is about an hour away. In addition to all the snorkeling and fishing, you can enjoy lots of wonderful places: The Turtle Hospital, Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, The Dolphin Connection, Dolphin Research Center, Crane Point Hammock, Pigeon Key, Bahia Honda State Park just South of Marathon, and so much more!
