Sombrero Beach is right down the road from this beautiful and well maintained home in the Heart of Marathon. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and fun things to do. Sombrero Light is right offshore for your snorkeling and diving pleasure.

This home is located on a canal, it has a private pool with a dock that can accommodate a boat up to 35', with a fish cleaing station and an extra refrigerator downstairs next to the pool. It also includes a kayak, a canoe, and two paddelboards for your entertainment.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The Master upstairs faces the water as has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a water closet and a walk in shower. There are two other guestrooms upstairs, one with a queen and the other with bunks beds. Those two guestrooms share a hall bath with a tub and shower. There is an additional Master downstairs with a king bed and a bathroom that opens to the guestroom and the kitchen. All TV's are streaming.

The downstairs covered patio has a gas grill, a full size refrigerator and freezer, dining table and chairs.

This home is loaded with lots of fun amenities: beach and pool toys, 4 beach chairs and umbrella, two bikes, two paddle boards, a kayak and a canoe! Drip Coffee maker and a Kuerig are provided. There is plenty of patio furniture to lounge by the pool and enjoy the Florida Keys sunshine!

Located on Sombrero Beach Road which is a great walking and biking area right down to the beach. About a 15 minute walk to the Beach from this home. Sombrero Beach, is an ocean front beach with volley ball net and a playground.

Enjoy golf? Just down the street is Florida Keys Country Club for 9 holes! Key West Golf Club has 18 holes,which is about an hour away. In addition to all the snorkeling, and fishing, you can enjoy lots of wonderful places: The Turtle Hospital, Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, The Dolphin Connection, Dolphin Research Center, Crane Point Hammock, Pigeon Key, Bahia Honda State Park just South of Marathon and so much more!
