This home was designed, built and decorated by premier local builder - Design Center. One of the few ground floor new homes in Marathon with a 140-foot concrete dock.

There is plenty of room for groceries and snacks in a roomy side-by-side refrigerator and large pantry. The kitchen includes all necessary appliances including a Margaritaville Blender, Keurig coffee maker, Vitamix and a standard drip coffee maker.

The house has complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, phone, and three Bluetooth speaker systems inside and outside the home. Use the mini iPad to control all the pool features and outdoor sound system. The Executive Office includes a desk, Dell laptop and printer. There are 85” Flat screen TVs in the living room and home theater room as well as Flat screen TVs in every bedroom and pool area gazebo.

The Atlantic Ocean is a great playground for unparalleled fishing, snorkeling and paddle boarding. Jump on the complimentary kayaks and paddleboards that are provided to enjoy the welcoming waters. You can also use our complimentary beach cruisers to explore the neighborhood, local restaurants and attractions.

Plenty of Room for All!

Andrew’s home was perfect for our family gathering in the keys last week, which included 4 parents, 3 seniors, and 6 kids aged 4-10. The home was very clean, and each room has its own bathroom, plus there is an extra powder room and pool bath. The pool stayed cool even after a long, hot day. There was plenty of room for 4 cars in the driveway. And our boat trailer. The dock is great, and we were able to fit our 27.5’ boat easily, plus had room for a family member to dock with his 40’ boat at the same time. There are 2 high quality hoses, and a cleaning station. There is a deep freeze for ice, and our only suggestion to upgrade an already amazing dock would be to add an ice maker. We truly enjoyed our stay, and will be looking to book again on our next family visit to Marathon.

Great stay!

This was a great property to stay out for our yearly family vacation. We are a total of 10 adults and 6 kids. The house was specious enough for all of us to stay with our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was great for the kids to play in all day with having a shallow area for the younger kids. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped. Only think that worried us was the sliding glass doors lead straight into the dock/canal with no gate. We had 3 little ones that couldn’t swim. But the doors were heavy enough that they couldn’t open on their own. The house was a wonderful place to stay!

Amazing property with great amenities. The paddle boards and kayaks were great addition to be able to get out to the flats at the end of the canal and paddle around. Love the Atlantic gulf access. The media room was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Home was clean, modern, fresh and comfortable. With 12 people in the home we all had plenty of space. Owners were responsive to any needs, and question through the booking process and stay.

Harleys in the keys

We (13 of us) spent a week riding throughout the keys at the beginning of May and it was amazing. The house was unbelievably nice and fit all of us perfectly. Was plenty of space and lot of amenities. This was by far the nicest house I have ever rented and am wanting to take my family back there later this year and will absolutely stay here again.

Great property, modern, plenty of room, movie room was great, AC perfect, kitchen well equipped, linens were high quality, all outdoor amenities, bikes, paddle boards, putting green, hammocks were awesome, great filtered water, convenient to resteraunts, dock and boating were fantastic. best property in Marathon.
