Wether you want to celebrate with your loved one or retreat by yourself this floating home offers comfortable space for 2 adults.

Located near the 7 mile bridge in Marathon Florida on the Atlantic Ocean nestled in a quiet, reserved mangrove area. This spot is fantastic because you have unparalleled access to out of this world sunset/sunrise views. Kayak through the mangrove and explore the surrounding areas.

This is a CAMPING experience but with very nice amenities like running water & AC!

Guests are responsible for checking the weather before their stay. I allow a 24hr window for cancellation.

Parking is on the marina you will need to send me your vehicle’s information for me to register it. The kayaks will be on the marina’s dock. I provide further details when I send the check in info.

The houseboat is not docked at a marina it is anchored away from land.

The tide can get pretty low at times, there’s vegetation at the bottom/ around the boat.

Now that we got that out of the way…..


Kayak, swim, rest, meditate, watch the sunset, play board games, listen to music, fish, grill your fresh catch!

Front deck is equipped with a grill station & two chairs.

A gas generator powers the outlets and a portable air conditioner (it’s noisy outside when turned on) but please note this is not to use the whole day only the night.

Inside you will find a king size bed that folds and stacks 2 mattresses since the space is limited(dimensions available) that serves as a couch as well, two cabinets and they will store kitchen/BBQ utensils, flashlights, paper towels, extra toilet paper, first aid kit & more & underneath the bed you will find your bedding and towels. (We can provide a list of everything we include). There are board games for adults as well.


On the back you will find a toilet and an outdoor shower no sink so please note that you will have to use a cup to get fresh water & brush your teeth. Always dispose the dirty water down the toilet & never in the sea. You will have the option to close the curtains for privacy! Pump out service is on Fridays usually around 3-4pm they access it through the back of the boat so no need to disturb you.


You will be provided 2 kayaks to go to and from the boat please keep this in mind for when you bring your belongings. We can provide a phone number to a local who can upon request take you to and from the boat. (This is just a recommendation please note this service might not be available & it is also at an extra cost, please ask the local for more information if this is something you want)

There will be one parking space available for one vehicle. The parking space is about a 5 min walk from where you will get your kayak.

By booking your stay with us you assume full responsibility, liability, and risk for your health and safety.


Guest access
You will be provided with a code for a lockbox which holds keys for the doors.


Other things to note
You must be physically able to get on and off a kayak to travel to and from the houseboat.
