The real gem is the outdoor space: a custom pool, a cozy fire pit surrounded by soft sand, and a top-of-the-line outdoor bar with a gas grill for cooking your fresh catch.

Both bedrooms feature queen beds, versatile ottoman-to-twin beds, large TVs, and are bathed in natural light, ensuring a comfortable and bright retreat for your stay.

The outdoor space at this home is your private oasis, featuring an expansive 440 sq ft custom swimming pool, a cozy fire pit surrounded by soft sand for a beach-like experience, and a top-of-the-line outdoor bar with a gas grill perfect for cooking up your fresh catches. Enjoy complete privacy in the fully fenced yard and watch stunning sunsets from your private rooftop lounge with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. If you bring your own boat, you can dock it right behind the house and set off for the Atlantic Ocean, just a 10-minute boat ride away. Issues with Off the hook
Very clean, area was fine except for the bridge traffic which was a city issue. Good restaurants, grocery shopping was convenient. Boat docking was easy, beautiful canal area. Water sports convenient. Some areas of the property that caused issues included the following:
fire pit was broken and never fixed during our stay so we could not enjoy
- hot tub was monitored too strictly to the point it became unusable some evenings and lukewarm. We had to text every night and ask for approval for the hot tub to be heated to only 90 degrees max. It should be hotter and guests there for a week should not have to ask for approval every night.
- sliding kitchen door handle fell off onto guests foot. The handle weighed approx 8 lbs so it caused injury.
- there was no shampoo and body wash, mini bottles appeared to be left over?
- guests required to only use washing machine pods. But none were provided
- did not realize we’d have to supply SO many items to run the house (kitchen utensils and soaps, laundry pods, toilet paper, etc.) Examples of utensils needed were wine bottle opener and pizza cutter.
- no bedside lighting in any bedroom
- air conditioner appeared remotely monitored. Even when turning it down, the house would never cool and it would heat up.
