This home has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 2 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• Please take note that renters are not allowed to bring in personal watercraft such as boats, jet skis, etc. You may bring in and use kayaks.

••• Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a background check is required per community guidelines. The fee is $50 per person and is non-refundable.
