This stunning, upscale home boasts modern coastal decor and offers spectacular oceanfront views, along with 50′ of dockage on a canal for direct open water access.
Enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from three large balconies, or take in the scenery from the floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the ocean right to you. This nearly new custom-built home features 2,600 square feet of elegant coastal living, including a second-floor master suite with a private veranda overlooking the ocean.
The main floor offers an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, as well as one bedroom (King) and a full bath. The upper level includes the master suite (King) with an ensuite bathroom and two additional bedrooms (Queen, Twins) that share the third bathroom. The home is equipped with 5 TVs (4 inside and 1 in the summer kitchen) and one DVD player.
On the ground level, you’ll find a large covered area with a fabulous summer kitchen (including a gas grill) and a comfortable sitting area. This space overlooks the pool/swim spa, which features a waterfall. There is plenty of seating for dining, relaxing, sunbathing, or enjoying the kitchen bar. The pool measures 12’ x 30’ and is 5 feet deep.
The home includes all the amenities you could need: a ping-pong table, two double-seater kayaks, one single-person kayak with paddles and life jackets, central heating and air, a washer and dryer, high-speed wireless internet, and 50’ of concrete dockage with a fish-cleaning table and bait freezer. Indoor dining accommodates 8 people, and outdoor seating includes space for 10, plus 5 barstools.
Location: Marathon is a large island centrally located in the Florida Keys. It offers many conveniences, including two grocery stores, a pharmacy, a hospital, and a variety of wonderful restaurants and shops. Family-friendly attractions include The Turtle Hospital, Aquarium Encounters, Pigeon Key, Crane Point Museum and Nature Center, and the Dolphin Research Center on Grassy Key. Marathon also has two public beaches: Coco Plum Beach and Sombrero Beach. You’ll be just 20 minutes from Bahia Honda State Park, an hour from Key West, and 40 minutes from Islamorada, making for fantastic day trips!
A car is recommended for easy exploration of Marathon and the surrounding islands.

*Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay.
