Situated along an impressive 200-foot-wide canal, the property offers approximately 110 feet of waterfront frontage and 80 feet of newer dockage, providing exceptional space for boating enthusiasts.



Head offshore for a day of fishing, explore the colorful reefs, cruise to a nearby sandbar, or simply enjoy a beautiful day on the water. When you're ready to call it a day, return to your own private waterfront retreat, unload the cooler, and jump straight into the pool!



The dockage has been described as accommodating vessels up to 90 feet. So multiple boats will fit perfectly here.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION



• Maximum Occupancy: Sleeps up to 12 guests

• Minimum Renter Age: 25 years old

• Smoking: No smoking permitted on property grounds. Please use the road and do not smoke near the home or on patios as smoke gets into the home.

• Pet Friendly: Small dogs 25 lbs. or less are welcome with a $250 pet fee

• Pool Heat: Available upon request for $25/night or $175/week

• Occupancy: Maximum occupancy includes all guests — adults, children, and infants

• 7 night minimum per city ordinance

• Minimum Renter Age: 25 years old

• Firepits and Boat Lift are for owner use only due to liability and safety reasons

• Carriage House garage is locked as it is owners storage



CANCELLATION POLICY



Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less a $150 cancellation fee.



Reservations made through Airbnb, VRBO, or other third-party booking platforms are subject to the individual cancellation policy of the platform through which the reservation was made.
