Designed with coastal-inspired decor and soothing colors, every corner invites relaxation after your island adventures.

We’re excited to share that both upstairs bathrooms are currently being fully remodeled to provide an upgraded, modern experience. As part of the renovation, the bathtubs are being replaced with brand-new walk-in showers for added comfort and convenience. Pictures will be updated soon!

Upstairs features two inviting bedrooms, each with its own full en-suite bathroom, giving every guest added privacy and convenience. Both bedrooms open to their own private porches, perfect for stepping outside to enjoy the warm island breeze. These elevated outdoor spaces are ideal for sipping morning coffee, unwinding with a glass of wine, or simply soaking in Duck Key’s unforgettable sunset views—some of the best in the Florida Keys.

The villa is stocked with all the basics you will need to start enjoying your vacation right away without any worries. The villa also boasts amenities like an iron/iron board, a hairdryer, beach towels, umbrella, and beach chairs. To start your day, it has a kettle, regular coffee maker and it also has a Ninja K-Cup pod, with the included reusable pod your own ground coffee.

Whether you're snorkeling in crystal-clear waters, exploring nearby islands, or simply enjoying a peaceful escape, Blue Waters Stay is the perfect home base for your stay in Duck Key.

Parking in front of the property is complimentary and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This property does not have access to Hawks Cay Resort amenities (including the pools) and the Resort does not provide day passes to access Resort grounds. However, the Marina with fishing charters and watersports, Salt + Ash and Angler & Ale Restaurants, The Cafe, and Calm Waters Spa are open to public. The Spa also offers daily passes for gym usage.

The Florida Keys are a 113-mile-long island chain connected by the Overseas Highway (US-1). Here are the driving distances from Duck Key.

As per the Florida Fire Code, grilling is not permitted on the resort grounds and Villas.

There are no trailers of any kind allowed at this property or in the parking lot. Duck Key Marina, just walking distance from the Villa, provides boat slips and trailer parking for a fee. There are also other marinas near by. Please contact them directly.

There are no groceries stores in Duck Key. The closest market is a small market at Grassy Key Marina (2.5 miles south) and Publix in Marathon ( 11 miles south). Instacart is available for groceries to be delivered directly to the villa. Recommendation is to shop at Publix Supermarket in Marathon/Islamorada on your way to Duck key. Also, the Trading Post in Islamorada is a full-service deli and grocery store and it is opened 24 hours a day.

To prepare for your Keys pursuits, a local land line phone and welcome brochure are at your fingertips. The phone may be used to make calls to anywhere in the US at no charge.

Monroe County Tourist Development Tax of 5% is collected as part of your booking and host is responsible of remitting it to the county.
