« Lovely, but dated, little cottage on the main street of Cannon Beach. You’ll hear passersby’s as they take the short stroll to the main shops. The ocean is a short walk out the door. The place was clean with lots of towels and nice water pressure in the shower. There were comfy linens on the bed, but the mattresses themselves were not that comfortable. »

« We did three nights for a BFF get away. We had a great time in this cozy, comfy cabin. The lake view is just gorgeous. Two days were sunny and beautiful, one day it stormed and the entire porch was wet and all of our items outside blew off the deck, that’s a coastal storm for ya. The homey touches are very nice, comfortable furniture and spaces. We will return, thank you! »

« Overall a good spot for the money. Little small, but it’s so close to the beach and restaurants it’s hard to beat. It is definitely lacking in cooking pots and pans. Frying pan was rusty and worn out. Had to go Buy a pot to boil crabs and pasta. Beds were good, clean. Plenty of towels. Internet only works in one room. But again not critical. »

« The Shell is a great property, we loved it. It's so close to the beach and we enjoyed listening to the waves at night. The house was clean and in a central location to all the activities we did. « Nice common room w great light, nicely stocked kitchen. The property does not quite live up to its price The shower has nice tile but needs regrouting. There is no master bedroom to speak of but they should invest in nicer bed/mattress as a main bedroom for the price point. The Shower was too small, the place on the whole was smaller than we expected and we thought it was a single cabin but is was like a duplex. So it was noisy in the evening.
