« The hotel was clean and the breakfast was hot with a variety of food. The hotel is a bit dated, but clean. The staff was very helpful. When we first arrived there was an issue with the air conditioning in our room. Matt, from the front desk, immediately changed our room. Matt was also helpful in recommending a good restaurant. »

« Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob! »

« Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here. »

« This is a very old place. The online photos are obviously many years old. The place needs major renovations and maitenance including exterior paint and repairs to pillars and parking lot repairs. There are roof shingles missing. The place barely has any lights on and the halls and even the lobby are dimly lit. The room was suffice but again very dated. The restaurant did have a good all can u eat crab leg special. »
