New property at Kerr Lake with dock! Family-sized w/ game room and large porch!

Just a short drive from Raleigh, come stay at our newly built home at Kerr Lake! It’s perfect for single or multi-family use and is located in Manson, NC. The home has 2 main floor Master bedrooms, each with their own bath/showers and walk-in closets. Enjoy the wide-open space of the family room and kitchen. This makes it the perfect gathering spot with a huge granite island, great for family game night or enjoying a dinner with family and friends. Catch an early sunrise out on the screen porch with coffee and breakfast or a beautiful sunset out on the deck enjoying the peace and quiet. Make your way downstairs to another living area with a large TV and surround sound. No worries, if you get thirsty, there is an additional kitchen with full size fridge for your thirst cravings. If you are not in the mood or it’s too late to be on the water, there is plenty to do inside. We have a game room with a foosball table, bumper pool table or maybe try your skills on the shuffleboard table. When your day comes to an end, there are plenty of places to sleep. With the 2 additional bedrooms downstairs, you won’t have a problem finding a spot to get comfy! Both downstairs bedrooms have custom built-in bunk beds with 2 queens and 2 twins per room. All bedrooms have their own full baths. Not ready for bed? Make s’mores around the fire pit, go for an evening cruise around the lake or try your luck fishing off the dock in one of the best lakes out there for catfish and striper. There is just tons to do at the lake, too much to list. Enjoy lake, family and friend time and most of all enjoy making memories!!

*Has a floating private dock. Bullocksville Park Boat Ramp is located approximately 4.2 miles and Flemington Boat Ramp is approximately 8.5 miles from the property. Satterwhite Point Marina is just past our cove and is very convenient to get gas, ice, drinks, snacks and ice cream by boat.

*Sleeping - Master Bedroom 1: King Bed (located on main floor) | Master Bedroom 2: King Bed (located on main floor) | Bunk Bedroom 3: 2 Queen Beds/2 Twin Beds (located downstairs) | Bunk Bedroom 4: 2 Queen Beds/2 Twin Beds (located downstairs). All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

*Outdoor premises: Gas grill, charcoal grill, Blackstone grill, fire-pit, outdoor seating, outdoor shower, volleyball net.

*Indoor amenities: Smart TV's in living room upstairs, downstairs den and game room; central heating & air conditioning; gas fireplace; washer & dryer; hair dryers in each bathroom; sheets, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and kitchen towels provided.

*Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel stove and dishwasher, gas stove has air fryer heating option, microwave, Keurig, coffee pot, toaster, knife set, Instant Pot, plug-in griddle, stand up mixer, cooking basics, dishware, cookware, flatware and fire extinguisher.
