Anchored by a massive, wall-mounted smart TV, the living room offers a plush sofa and love seat for comfortable group gathering. Additional features include a beverage cooler and selection of classic board games.

The gorgeous island kitchen comes complete with a full suite of sleek, stainless steel appliances - ready for any culinary test. Grab a quick bite at the four-seater breakfast bar. Sit-down meals can be had together at the dining table set for six. For a special treat, fire up the gas grill out on the patio and enjoy al fresco dining against the backdrop of stunning mountain vistas at the six-seater patio table.

A breezy patio - accessible from both ground-floor bedrooms - comes furnished with a two-seater bistro table and mountain views. Soothing soaks await in the private hot tub.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
