« Full size fridge was nice but no coffee machine and no coffee in the lobby. TV didn’t work we just gave up and went to bed. Limited towels like they forgot to do laundry. very nice establishment, but the staff wasn’t very helpful to people I saw in the lobby. (specifically a handicap woman) »

« I booked a handicap accessible room with the rollin shower and the wheelchair did not even fit inside of the bathroom nor did we receive a roll-in shower like we reserved. My husband literally could not take a shower and had to hobble on one leg into the bathroom to even use the toilet what a joke of an accessible Hotel room. Also the supposed accessible room was on the opposite side of the hotel from the handicap accessible parking spots extremely inconvenient for accessibility. »
