There was no towel service which was fine but other people from my class who stayed right next store on both sides had towel service, but they must have had a different type of service. « I had an exceptional stay at the condo on Portage Lake. The condo was clean as a whistle and had everything I needed and more. The furnishings and appliances are updated and like brand new. « We have stayed in this unit twice now for our annual New Year’s trip. It’s an easy drive to Caberfae Peaks for skiing and snowboarding. The unit is clean and comfortable for our family of four. This year our daughter forgot some things that she had set aside for the the ride home. We were contacted immediately. The person cleaning the unit was pleasant and incredibly helpful. She dropped the items off at our friend’s house so we didn’t have to turn around. Communication with the owner is easy...

« We stayed a couple of nights over Easter and it was a nice, relaxing getaway. It wasn’t busy even though it was spring break. The indoor pool was great. Plenty of room in the condo for all four of us. Had all the essentials in the kitchen to cook an Easter dinner. Did an egg hunt in front of the condo for the kids. Condo was truly a home away from home! »

« The property was just as described online. The chalet was just a short walk across the street to Kinlochen and the Buck lift. It was clean and the heat worked great for us. The only suggestions I would make for the management company is to get updated pans to cook with that don't stick, and a new keypad for the main entry door. Having to punch in 10 numbers just to get inside was a bit much. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay!! »

« Great stay for our Michigan adventure - We ventured up to Leland (Fishtown), Frankfort, Arcadia and down to Ludington & Muskegon. We went to Traverse City for a day trip. « I liked the room, the freedom, and the peace and quiet compared to a hotel/motel. I got the rest i needed, my family came over to hangout and watch some footbal games and we all were comfortable! The big tv and wifi included was a bonus! The trees off of the back porch was comforting and i didnt grt a chance to use the grill, but was thankful that it was there! It was well stocked and the property manager was kind enough to have the hotwater heater turned up a little for my arthritic needs. It...

« The property was fine, the amenities seemed OK. The pool area was clean. The condo itself did not have any linens for any of the beds, this was included in the stay so not sure what happened. Overall, 7 out of 10 may look for another place next time we visit. »

« Booked this the week prior and was pleasantly surprised with my entire stay. Booking process easy, check in was seamless, and the host was very responsive to our communication. The condo itself was very tidy and well kept, though slightly outdated but we weren’t looking for anything fancy as we personally weren’t staying inside for much of our trip so that was far from a deal breaker. Great value for the the price. Would recommend. »
