An excellent location close to beach walkways, restaurants and bars. Several grocery stores within 10 minute walk. Taxi stand just across the street. Apartment had huge patio, good sized living room and dining area. Kitchen is small but was fine for the two of us. Bedrooms also comfortable. Outside can be noisy in the evening, the price for being close to everything. Some minor hiccups that were addressed in a timely manner.

Beach view was lovely, Richard was easy to get hold of. Lovely balcony, lovely area and apartment was well equipped. Unfortunately the fridge/freezer broke a week into our stay, which made things tricky. Whilst one was sorted, it came the day before we left. We are aware these things cannot be helped and apart from this the apartment was excellent.

This was our fourth visit to Puerto Duquesa (which we have fallen in love with) where we have stayed in different properties which were nice enough but had one or two issues. Not on this occasion. We were delighted with this apartment; so much so that we booked it again for next year whilst we were there. It is spacious and very well equipped with everything in good working order. The one thing we especially loved is the terrace. It is very large and gets the sun all day. It's furnished with sun loungers, a large table and chairs. There is also a gas fired barbeque. The apartment has its own parking space in the ground floor garage.The location is ideal. The marina with its many good bars and restaurants is virtually on the doorstep. There is also a supermarket across the road. It's a relatively short walk along the promenade to Sabinillas which has a nice beach and beachfront cafes, bars and seafood restaurants.The owner, Richard was very helpful during the booking process and in the runup to our arrival. He put us in contact with Tasha who met us when we got there. She showed us how everything worked in the apartment including the wi-fi and television and where to find the lovely pool and the route to and from the parking garage.Can't wait for next year !

Very impressive apartment with a most helpful owner

Very easy to communicate with the owner who responded very quickly to queries. Detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment and how to meet Tasha who provided us with the keys and an introduction to the many wonderful features of the apartment. Amazing TV with a wide range of programmes to suit all tastes. Underground parking space was most welcome. Excellent position, yards away from Arkwright's Supermarket with a wide range of British products for those who feel more comfortable with home goods. Nearby restaurants and bars catering to all tastes at reasonable prices.Our only problem was with the very low double bed - quite a problem for us old fogies !

Estancia tranquila

Hemos estado unos días en familia y hemos estado muy cómodos. Apartamento muy cerca de la playa y del puerto donde hay gran variedad de restaurantes. La piscina, aunque con el agua demasiado caliente, está muy bien, poca gente y muy tranquila. Alojamiento recomendados para pasar unos días de descanso.

This apartment is in an ideal position right next the the beach and port. The check in was easy and we were well looked after by Karen. The apartment is clean and tidy has everything you need. We have loved our 7 days there and have booked again i would highly recommend this to anyone
