The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and everything else for a cooking.

In addition, the bathroom is equipped with a shower with heater, hairdryer, towels and complimentary shower gel and shampoo.

As such, we do not have the resources and 24/7 staff of a hotel to provide all the conveniences and services that hotels usually offer.

In order to keep our costs low and be able to continue offering affordable accommodation, we kindly request your understanding during your stay.

Unlike hotels, we may not have staff available 24/7 to cater to every need. If you have any questions or require assistance, please feel free to reach out to us, we will do our best to help, but please understand that we might not always be readily available due to our other commitments.

Please be aware that in the event of any accidental peeing or soiling in the room, there will be a ₱1,500 cleaning fee. Additionally, to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our pool filtration system, we regret to inform you that pets are not allowed to swim. A fine of ₱3,000 will be applied if such an occurrence takes place.
