Confusion at check in, no one there to meet you, no communication offered between myself and local manager, all communication done by email to owner who i believe is overseas. Lost a nights accommodation because of this and haven't been reinbursed. Manila Daze need to sort their logistics out, and how they operate this system. Teresa local manager is very good. Condo is nice, facilities excellent, but the administration side will make sure i don't stay here again. Then before you leave you receive a message telling you to clean up otherwise they'll charge you from your credit card which they have saved online. All in all not a good experience and I have stayed in other condos with no problems at all. It needs to be run better by the owners.
