The space
“Team Puti”(white) and “Team Kahoy”(wood) inspired, the space could really be fun, relaxing, gram worthy and as they say, AESTHETIC!
(Our space is bigger than common 1-bedroom unit which will give you more space to move. Our bedroom also has a door for privacy.)
All things inside our unit from furnitures, sheets and kitchenwares are strictly picked to follow the inspiration. To make you feel at home, our unit has all the necessary things like dedicated workspace, 100MBPS high speed fiber internet, 55” Smart TV, refrigerator, AC, induction cooker, rice cooker, electric kettle, microwave, kitchenwares, basic toiletries (toothbrush, soap, tissue, slippers), towels, shower water heater and free drinking water. Our bedroom can only accommodate 2 persons but we can provide an extra floor mattress for the 2 extra persons.
For entertainment, our 55” Smart TV has cable TV, Netflix, HBO Go, Disney+, Amazon Prime, VIU, Youtube Premium subscriptions and can be setup for videoke (up to 10PM only). You can also play with your friends and family with our board games!
Residential Swimming Pool is by schedule only (Closed during Monday for cleaning). Kindly inform us if you will use the amenity so we can book you a schedule. Residential Gym access is 1st come 1st serve (Basic Equipments only).
There’s a restaurant/cafe and 711 convenience store in the building. The building also has commercial establishments like water spa, massage services, dermatology clinic, sports gym, sports bar, and different sports facilities(basketball, badminton, volleyball, bowling, etc.) which you can use WITH A FEE.
Our unit is in South Triangle which is packed with modern Filipino eateries, grill restaurants, and European-style bistros. At night, the area is busy with comedy bars and upscale cocktail bars.
Our high rise unit (34th floor) is facing the east where the sun rises. You can have a very nice view of city and the Sierra Madre mountains in the morning and have a bright and cool afternoon.
Big discounts for long term stays (1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks and monthly)! Laundry pickup and delivery services are available (With Fee).

Guest access
The guests will have access to the whole condominium unit. Condominium “residential” amenities like swimming pool and gym are free of charge.
Notes:
1. Kindly inform us at least 3 days before your check-in if you will use the parking space so we can prepare the needed documents. (We will be needing the car model, plate number, and driver’s license).
2. You need to make a reservation for the Swimming Pool access (front desk/reception at the ground floor or at the 10th floor) at least 1 day before intended use. For 1 day guests, you can inform us 1 day before so we can do the reservation.
3. Residential Swimming pool is closed on Mondays (for cleaning schedule).
4. Residential gym is available at 1st come 1st serve basis. No need for reservation.

Other things to note
KINDLY READ BEFORE BOOKING:
1. The building is still in progress with some finishing but we can guarantee that you will have a very nice stay inside our unit.
2. Check-in time is 2:00PM (Early check-in fee is ₱250 per hour. Depends on availability).
3. Check-out time is 12:00 PM (Late check-out fee is ₱250 per hour. Depends on availability).
4. Visitors will do self check-in to our unit by accessing the provided lockbox outside the unit. Lock box code will be given 15 minutes before your check-in time.
5. Our bedroom can only accommodate 2 persons and guest can choose between floor mattress or air bed for the 2 extra persons.
6. Videoke use is up to 10PM only.
7. Kindly inform us at least 3 days before your check-in if you will use the parking space so we can prepare the needed documents. There’s also a commercial parking spaces in the building (Hourly and daily rate).
8. We provide hotel slippers, towels, shampoo, toothbrush, soap, and body wash. Please don’t bring home the towels.
9. We provide free drinking water.
10. We love pets but not on our unit.
11. Please don’t touch/operate the washing machine (Washer use is not included in the listing). Laundry pickup and delivery services are available (Fee will be shouldered by the guest).
12. One extra set of bed sheets, pillow cases and blankets are provided for long term guests (at least 2 weeks stay).
13. Smoking (Vape and Cigarette) inside the unit is not allowed. If fire alarm was triggered during your stay, a penalty fee based from the building management rules should be paid by the guest. You will also be fined for deep cleaning services (₱3,000)
14. The residential pool is available from 8AM to 9PM except Mondays. Registration is needed 1 day before the intended use. For 1 day guests, kindly inform us (at least 1 day before you arrive) if you intend to use the pool so we can process the registration. For long term guests, you can book a schedule in the 10th floor or in the residential reception area which is located in the ground floor (1 day before).
15. Residential Gym is available at 1st come 1st serve basis. No need for reservation.
16. Long term guests can request for unit cleaning during their stay (₱800 per service).
17. Deliveries can only be left at the reception/lobby guard.
18. Please take care of the keys. Lost key fee is ₱2,500 pesos (Includes changes of lockset and installation fee).
19. Check-in time is 2:00PM (Early check-in fee is ₱250 per hour. Depends on availability).
20. Check-out time is 12:00 PM (Late check-out fee is ₱250 per hour. Depends on availability).
