Our house is inside a quiet, gated neighborhood, ideal for a restful stay.

The home features 2 bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 2 to 6 guests. However, we can accommodate up to 8 people with floor mattresses provided.

- 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite in the master bedroom, 1 near the living room)

House Rules – Please Read:

We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are NOT allowed in the unit to maintain cleanliness and accommodate guests with allergies.

Smoking is also strictly NOT allowed inside the property for the safety and comfort of all our guests. Thank you for your understanding!

Damages & Liabilities:

Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Cost of repair or replacement will be charged separately. Please read our House Rules to learn more about applicable fees and fines.

We are not liable for any loss of personal items, injuries, or accidents during your stay. Please take necessary precautions.

We offer complimentary early check-in or late check-out (up to 1 hour) when available.

For extensions beyond 1 hour, a fee of 5 USD per hour applies to help accommodate changes in our cleaning team’s schedule.

Guest ID Requirement
For the safety and security of all guests- and to comply with subdivision regulations, we kindly request a copy of the ID of each person staying in the house after booking. Please note that only registered guests are allowed to stay. Unregistered guests may not be accepted or may incur an additional fee.

Booking Fee
The booking fee is set and collected by the platform, and we do not have control over the amount. If this is a concern, feel free to message us—we may be able to offer you a special deal.

Last-Minute Bookings Welcome!
We accept last-minute bookings and check-ins. However, please note that the booking is only confirmed once payment is processed and confirmed by Vrbo. Until then, the reservation is not guaranteed.

We will do our best to ensure the place is ready before your arrival. However, for last-minute bookings, please understand if there’s a slight delay- we want to turn over the unit in a clean and polished condition for your comfort.
