« The host--Eliza--was welcoming, and kept me informed. She was very thorough with directions to the place--which is important. The unit was clean. It is a small unit, but it's location, location, location (as the setting is the heart of Manhattan Beach, Ca., the most beautiful, and expensive beach real estate in Los Angeles County. The unit is clean and functional. Great access to the beach--steps away.Great access to shops, restaurants, and everything else. »

« Didn’t know it was a second floor unit so it made it hard for us to carry baby up and down stairs. Would’ve been nice to have known. Thought unit was clean but floors are dusty and when baby crawled everywhere, whole body turned dirty and all of us collected black dirt on feet. Otherwise it was a good location, walk to downtown and shops. »

« Let me preface my comments by saying that we have stayed in dozens of vacation rentals. The 360-degree views of the Palos Verdes peninsula to Malibu over the rooftops is wonderful, in addition to its proximity to Manhattan pier and the action. The unit was comfortable, the furniture is in good condition, and the kitchen was well stocked. But it is starting to show its age with worn cabinetry finishes, floor molding, rusted metal finishes (common near the ocean) and a bit of a smell (possibly...
