« I had to switch rooms because the first room was filthy. Owner was fine to deal with. New room was marginally cleaner. Overall, I will never go back. »

« Terrible service and completely unprofessional handling of the situation. Another guest had the passcode to our apartment and was able to open the door while we were inside. « Everybody that worked at the property was amazing, super nice, very clean facility, very helpful. Look forward to staying there again »

Later, a cleaning staff member knocked on the door, stopped the laundry, and told us to leave the...

« We were very disappointed with our stay at D1Mension Residences. The photos on the booking website did not reflect the apartment we received. Ours was on the 3rd floor with a view of a construction site and a dirty alley. We traveled with our two children (4 and 7 years old) who were excited about the pool, but it was not accessible to non-residents — something that was never clearly stated. The host was unresponsive to my messages and only answered when my Vietnamese friend called directly....

« The check-in process was delayed due to insufficient staff, instructions to check in was not clear. The place was not 100% as pictured, too much graphic. The place could be more cleaned and maintained better. I would not stay here again in the future, luckily we only had to stay for 2 nights. »
