« We had a really great stay. The unit was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. the bed was especially comfy. I haven’t had too many comfy beds in ! The location was excellent, very central and ideal for the areas we wanted to explore, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and sights nearby. The host was also very responsive and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and easy from start to finish. Next time I come back to Ho Chi Minh I will definitely be re-booking...

« フライトの関係でチェックインが1時頃になったのですが、事前に連絡との事でメッセージを送ったのですが返信なし、当日のフロントに着くまで不安でした。幸いにもスタッフの方がいらしたので、チェックインはできたのですが、数日のベトナム滞在だと伝えているにも関わらず、ビザの期限が切れているとなど言われ、旅行客に慣れていない印象を受けました。何度か説明をしてチェックインはできたのですが、次は部屋がシャワーヘッドにカビが生えている、ゴミ箱も中にゴミが入ったままの状態、窓のようなものが付いていて、鍵が掛からない。外は空間で鉄格子が付いていて、誰も入ってはこれなさそうでしたが、女2人だったので、不安でした。申し訳なかったのですが4泊の予定でしたが、1泊のみで他のホテルを取り直してチェックアウトさせてもらいました。 »
