Each unit is developed on two floors:

•Ground floor: spacious and bright living room with fully equipped kitchen, overlooking a porch furnished with an outdoor table – ideal for enjoying a drink with a pool view. The floor is completed by a room with a bunk bed and a convenient bathroom with shower, sink, and WC.

•Upper floor: two bedrooms – one double room with direct access to the balcony and one with two single beds – accompanied by a modern bathroom with shower.



Each unit has two private parking spaces: one covered by a carport and one uncovered.



Located in a strategic position, Gardaliva by the Lake is situated along the road that leads, in just a few steps, to the main beach of Manerba del Garda. The area is perfect for evening walks along the lakeside, enjoying an artisan ice cream or dining in one of the numerous restaurants and pizzerias easily reachable on foot.
