Villetta Playa del Sol is a 7-bed vacation home located a short walk from the beach in San Pietro in Bevagna, with a large terrace overlooking the sea.
The home is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, TV, mosquito nets, capsule coffee machine, outdoor shower etc. Pets are allowed.

Villetta Playa del Sol is introduced by an uncovered veranda, furnished with table and chairs and equipped with a barbecue fireplace, sink and outdoor shower, plus a small toilet.
External stairs lead to the partly shaded sea-view terrace, furnished for relaxing moments outdoors and sunbathing.
The interior of Villetta Playa del Sol opens with the living room in which there is an open kitchen, dining table and chairs, TV, air conditioning. To the right of the kitchen is 1 full shower room.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 triple bedroom with bunk bed + single bed, and 2 double bedrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Villetta Playa del Sol is located in San Pietro in Bevagna, a lively seaside resort on the coast of Manduria, along the Ionian arch of Taranto. The beach is less than 50 meters from the house.
All the main services are at hand and also within walking distance.
 



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The second bathroom is only a service one.
