Villa Anita is a spacious holiday home for rent with garden for 8 guests, near the beach in San Pietro in Bevagna, ideal for a holiday by the sea in Salento.
The villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine,
dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, ceiling fans, tv, mosquto
nets on windows. Moreover, in the garden there are the outdoor shower
and barbecue.

Villa
Anita is surrounded by an entirely fenced garden with parking. In the
garden there are: the sofa, the furnished porch with table and benches
and the outdoor dining area.
The rooms are spacious. The villa opens into a large living room with sofa, kitchen and access to the garden.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which with ensuite bathroom. Moreover, there is a room with double sofa bed and the third bathroom.
The stairs take to the furnished terrace where you can relax while enjoying the view on the sea.

Villa Anita is in San Pietro in Bevagna, seaside location on the Ionian coast near Taranto, between Campomarino and the beaches of Porto Cesareo.
The
villa is near the soft sandy beach with crystal clear sea. The city
centre with its services is 500 meters away, so within walking distance.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the bedrooms and in living room.
- One of the en-suite bathrooms has no bidet.
