« Great location, stunning property! The Animas River runs right along the property, and the horses make you feel like you’ve stepped into a Hallmark movie. « This block in Durango is quiet, with locals waving and saying hello as if you lived among them. You get to see the stars, hear the trains, see the deer/elk wonder through town, with the ease on parking close to the cottage. The home is adorable with any amenity you need. Our 3 week stay had us wanting to stay longer. Great host! »

« Property has a nice appearance, but there were several issues with the property and were conveyed to the manager. The last day was very aggravating. We advised the property manager of an issue and the last day workers arrived to work on the roof. All we heard was loud banging and drilling. Very annoying when you're trying to relax after skiing. »
