2/10
We booked a room supposedly ada compliant. The room ended up being on the 3rd floor, the handicap accessible bathroom was not handicap friendly at all. We had a regular bathroom with a tub, complete with an attachable shower chair that had to be picked up off the floor and installed, by us. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash pumps were on the opposite end of the tub, near the top of the tub wall, far out of reach along with the faucet and hand held shower head. The drain stop also did not work correctly. We did tell the lady at the front desk about our troubles, because we needed more towels the first night because upon trying to take a shower, we also noticed the shower curtain came down only 3-4 inches over the side of the tub. After the shower chair was installed the curtain was rendered useless and water was everywhere!
The entryway into the room was tiled along with the bathroom, and the rest was carpet. Carpet with plush so thick it was like a snail tredging through peanut butter in comparison to me in a wheelchair.
The window in our room had a sheer white curtain that covered 3/4 of the window. The room was very lit up at night from the outside light both nights.
The coffee maker worked, but there was no creamer, sugar, etc for said coffee. We'd have to go back to the bottom floor to get those things...all easy, unless you're handicapped.
Our last morning we decided to go down for coffee and much to pur suprise, only decaf, the rest was gone. Never again.
