The Space:

Perfect base for exploring the whole city! Our apartment is located inside a quiet courtyard so you can enjoy a peaceful nights sleep after long days exploring the city. We've also bought a luxury mattress and pillows from Otty so you'll always have a comfortable nights sleep

The apartment is stylishly decorated and has all the usual creature comforts to make you feel right at home.The kitchen is stocked and there's a Home Pod speaker too.

We're in a quiet community so we ask that you please respect our neighbours and keep the noise down too.



Travel cot available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.



Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.



You’ll receive a digital guidebook with all the key information you need for your stay, including WiFi details, parking instructions, and how everything works in the property.

Manchester Piccadilly station is just a 5 minute walk away, with direct trains to London, Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, and connections across the UK. This property is incredibly easy to reach by public transport from anywhere in the country.



Piccadilly Gardens tram stop is around a 7 minute walk, with Metrolink services to MediaCityUK, the Etihad Stadium, Manchester Airport, and all corners of Greater Manchester.



Parking: Pay and display parking is available on surrounding streets and nearby NCP car parks.



Uber operates throughout the city.
