You have the whole house to yourselves — all five bedrooms, the kitchen, living room, bathroom and the rear garden. There's no shared space and nobody else on site.

I'm around whenever you need me, and out of your way when you don't.

Check-in is self-service via the key safe, so there's nobody to wait for. Once you're in, message or ring any time between 8am and 8pm and I'll answer — later than that if it's urgent.

Happy to help with directions, parking, somewhere to eat, or anything that isn't working. Otherwise the house is yours.

Quiet residential neighbourhood a short distance from Tyldesley town centre (shops, cafes, a small supermarket and conservation-area streets) and local parks. Short drives or walks reach schools (primary and secondary), community facilities and play areas. The area sits between Tyldesley and Atherton with easy access to local high streets and modest leisure options; larger retail and entertainment are available in nearby Bolton, Wigan and Manchester.

Most local trips are by foot or bus for short journeys; Shakerley Road links to the A577 for car travel. Regular local bus services run along Tyldesley/Atherton corridors connecting to surrounding towns. The nearest railway station for rail links on the Manchester–Wigan corridor is Atherton (short taxi/bus ride or around 10–20 minutes by car). Manchester city centre is reachable by car or train. Taxis and app-based ride services operate locally; cycling is possible for short distances but some roads are hilly.
