Greybourne House features high speed internet WiFi throughout, with extra boosters to ensure coverage across the large home. Smart, flat screen televisions equipped with Xfinity cable channels are in each bedroom, living room, basement game room and kitchen.

Two large living areas between the main floor living room and basement game room den give options galore. Kids and adults love the large recently updated basement game room with its natural light from full size walkout French doors and new side patio, complete with outdoor hot tub. The large space provides extra entertainment area with a pool table, 65" tv and bar area complete with refrigerator and wine chiller. New paint, rugs and furnishings make this a favorite hang-out area. Games and playing table including variety of board games are available.

On the main floor you'll find cozy living areas with a gas fireplace in living room. The chef's kitchen has an eat-in area with bar stools, two ovens and two large refrigerators and is stocked with cooking tools and appliances. For the coffee and tea lover, includes an electric kettle, a coffee grinder, and three coffee maker styles: Keurig cups, whole pot ground coffee and Nespresso pod coffee with a milk steamer. The main floor living area has a new sofa and loveseat, a 65” TV and both formal and informal dining options.

The six bedrooms all have new carpet and Sealy Posturepedic mattresses with special mattress pads for extra comfort. The master king bedroom and one queen secondary bedroom are on the main floor; the other four bedrooms (3 king and 1 queen) are on the second floor. Master bedroom has large walk-in closet and bath, perfect for preparing for special occasions. All bedrooms have bathrooms and closet storage. Designed for 12 adults, home can accommodate up to 14 with sofa bed in basement den. There is a full bath in the basement.

Oversize 2 car garage with remote control access has ample room for outdoor recreation equipment storage and convenient parking and entry out of the elements. Mud/storage area with bench is a perfect place to plug in your ski boot warmers!

With its large outdoor patio and grounds on over 3 acres, the backyard is stunning in spring, summer and fall, and a snowy paradise in winter. Propane grill and fire pit on back patio along with outdoor seating at two tables with umbrellas available seasonally, (availability subject to weather and safety considerations).

Just off route 7, Greybourne House is close to great restaurants, three great hiking trails (Prospect Rock which is accessible by foot from the house, Lye Brook Falls and the Long Trail), major downhill and cross-country ski areas (providing great hiking in summer) including Bromley (8 min), Stratton (less than 20 min), Okemo and Mt. Snow and Wild Wings CX in Peru, VT. Unbeatable location!! Just 9 minutes from the Vermont Summer Horse Show.
