« You will not be disappointed staying at this location. Clean , Private , Secure, Quiet and all amenities work well. . Close to MegaMart and also if you want to go to Island Grill or Juicy Beef or Murray’s or any grocery store in less than 15 minutes. Had a great experience and will definitely book again on my next trip. »

« The property is beautiful. My family and I throughly enjoyed the environment. I would only recommend that for future references have a way of providing better directions to the property. We ask the guard at the gate for assistance with getting from entrance to the property but she had no idea where to direct us. We drove around going to all the areas until we finally found it. Other than that I have no complaints. »

« Doyle and Feona were fantastic hosts. The property is perfect, exactly as pictured. We loved how close it was to the beach, how quick they are to respond and the yummy snacks! Would happily stay again. »

« I stayed at this property for 4 days. It’s a very beautiful space, very clean and relaxing. I felt very safe and Rachel was very easy to communicate with it. All questions were answered right away. I highly recommend Palms at Avista and would definitely stay there again. If you are looking for a clean, safe comfortable and relaxing space with easy access to the town, this is the space for you. »

« Communication with the karen was awesome. Very helpful. Miss Annette was a great source of information and helpfulness. Anything we needed or asked for was dealt with immediately. If you want a quiet area to relax and get away from things this is the place. »

« Multiple bookings for the same property at the same time. If you are looking for a carefree stay, this is not the place. Do not book. If you decide to chance it, the property itself is nice enough, as shown in the pictures. Very clean and contained, all appliances work and the upstairs is cool. No ac system downstairs so that gets a little warm. Good luck! »

« I loved the size and layout of the property. Owner (Nadine) & property manager (Verona) was easy to work with. The furnishings fits the style of the home and was modestly furnished. The location of the Villa is a short walk to the beach and the area is quiet and sleepy. Suggestions is to spray for mosquitoes: There were some fat mosquitoes in the rooms. Additionally, fix the bathroom latch: one of the bathroom door didn’t have a lock/latch. I think the property was a little pricey but served my...
