Two serene king suites make this home great for couples or families, while two additional twin sleeper sofas offer flexible sleeping for extra guests. A large laundry room with a front‑loading washer/dryer and a boot & glove dryer keeps gear ready for tomorrow’s adventures. Step outside to enjoy the golf-course setting and use the BBQ grill when the weather calls for it.



You’ll have fast Wi‑Fi, central heat, a ceiling fan, a mobile A/C unit for warmer days, and air purifiers for added comfort. Thoughtful touches like spa robes, chargers/adapters, and complimentary firewood, coffee, cooking oil, and select spices help you feel right at home.

• Parking: Space for 1 vehicle in the garage. One additional vehicle may park in any guest space on a first‑come, first‑served basis. No additional parking beyond what’s described.

• Communal spa: The Lodges’ hot tub is typically open year‑round; access and hours may be affected by HOA rules, severe weather, or other restrictions.

• Stairs: This home has stairs.

• Wi‑Fi: Wi‑Fi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ rural, mountainous location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet‑friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels, and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted. Here, the owner does provide coffee, creamer, sweeteners, cooking oil, and select spices, plus complimentary firewood.

Location logistics: About a 3‑minute walk to the Athletic Club and Sushi Bar; roughly a 5‑minute drive to Little Eagle Ski Lodge and local restaurants; around a 10‑minute drive to The Village and Gondola. Complimentary town/ski shuttles run day and evening and are steps away.
