Enjoy the meadow area of Mammoth from this updated fully furnished 1 bedroom,

1 bathroom condo; sleeps up to four. The kitchen has stone counter tops,

updated appliances and is fully stocked to offer everything needed for cooking

and grilling with a gas BBQ on the private deck. Cozy up by the wood burning

fireplace in the comfortable living room with Flat Screen TV/DVD and WiFi

access. The living room has a sofa sleeper and the master bedroom has a queen

bed with a Flat Screen TV. A bonus work space area offers a desk to allow

remote working. With dining area for 4, additional kitchen bar seating for 4,

as well as a deck with seating to enjoy the beautiful location and views of

Snowcreek. On site amenities include a Jacuzzi and outside parking. This unit

is located near the red shuttle route. This unit is pet friendly so you can

bring Fido along. One pet allowed, additional pets by approval only, please

call. With a private washer/dryer this unit offers all the amenities to

provide the ultimate convenience. All guests receive complimentary full access

to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool,

steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.

Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than

what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our

Great Pet-Friendly Spot

I have stayed at this condo twice now and plan to return! It’s in a beautiful location near the creek and meadow. My dog loves it too! Nicely decorated and light. There is a little porch to sit on and sip coffee (my drink of choice-lol)and enjoy the view of the mountains. Great condo complex!

The condo was lovely. It was an a good location close to the village. Everything was nice. Well kept. I do think it’s time for a new bed though was not terribly comfortable. And the toilet was very very small and low.

2nd time here!

What a great little condo in the heart of Mammoth. This is my second time being in this unit and we really enjoyed it. The space is perfect for a couple. The kitchen is ok it could use some more tools but otherwise the place is great. We will be back again for sure. Hopefully, we can get more than 2 towels in the future but we know to ask now.

Beautiful Location

Most enjoyable. The wildflowers in the development were stunning -- as we were there between summer and ski season - hence very quiet. The condo was super clean -- much appreciated. The one maintenance issue we had was taken care of immediately by the condo technicians (replacement battery for thermostat in living room).

The place needed some improvements- the kitchen was not well stocked and the property overall is in need of some cleaning and upgrades. We have stayed in other Snowcreek properties and this one ranked near the bottom of the list

Great & Cozy

Family of 5 including my dog stayed in this wonder cozy condo. We went on New Years' Eve week and had over 13ft of snow! Snowcreek was definitely plowing every day making sure everyone was able to get in and out of there parking spot safely.I know there's reviews here about the matress, yes yes the mattress is bad but we made it work. My kids didn't complain about the sofa bed, but what works is adding or bring extra blankets to make yourself comfortable. This place was clean, plenty of space for a small family and dog. WE will come back here but maybe try a bigger place.

Ski Week

The location of this condo is great. Just 5-8 minutes from Eagle Lodge and minutes from the stores in Mammoth. We enjoyed the hot tub and the plowed paths for walks. The unit itself was spacious, we brought our labrador retriever and had no problem fitting her kenel along with the four of us and all our ski gear. The kitchen had all the needed pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery needed to cook and eat in regularly. The TV and internet functioned well. The only think that kept us from giving 5 stars was that the hide-away bed in the living room was not comfortable to sleep on. For the adults in our family it just wasn't supportive enough.

At this price, make the fixes.

Any Mammoth trips is great because of cool weather and beautiful scenery. That said, this condo needs work, or else discount the price. The toilet is low-functioning. The patio sliding glass door works poorly and doesn't lock. Three window screens are broken. The bathroom closet door doesn't slide. Had to buy a plastic spatula. Not enough silverware. No medium saucepan. (The list goes on.) Great overhead lighting in main room, TV excellent. Great access to Mammoth Creek. Hardwood floor in unit above, so that makes a racket through the ceiling.

The condo was very nice. The pull out bed was def a pull out bed and not very comfortable for adults to sleep on, so be weary of that. The fire place has an issue with flu so it won't stay lit. The Vacuum had no charger so it was useless and there was no broom on site. With in 15 minutes of us being there my toddler son who was crawling on the floor was black with soot. It was all over his clothes and hands....Yuck. It appears that the floors hadn't been throughly cleaned so I used the stiffer and water to clean the entire floor. The balcony and view were amazing, looking into a wonderful white valley. The location and proximity to the town and the lifts was perfect. The jacuzzi was always full of partying youth drinking and having fun. It was fine but as a dad with three younger children it wasn't the best experience. The reservation company was fantastic! Smooth everything. They also helped ship some expensive items that we left upon check out...many thanks to Mammoth Reservations and their staff for that. The kitchen was great and the quality of the cooking equip was top notch. Hot Shower but the bathroom could use some Reno....base boards were separating from the wall. Master bed was very hard so if you like a stiff bed like me it was perfect. Parking was easy and it was a very pet friendly complex. We would opt to try a different UNIT or larger UNIT when we next visit this Magical Natural wonder of a city....Mammoth Lakes.

Great location with Meadow Backyard

The rental was spacious for a one bedroom/one bathroom unit with its open floor plan and recent renovations. The condo had detailed touches (plants, pillows, furniture) and appeared as though it had been recently updated. The kitchen had the basics, though could use a few extra pots/pans; it was sufficient for two guests. Our dog absolutely loved running around the meadow which was basally the backyard. The only flaw was the mattress in the bedroom--it was so uncomfortable that we were not able to get proper sleep. We even tried to seep on the sleeper couch, but that was also very uncomfortable. I would highly recommend that the mattress be replaced. Other than the mattress, the unit was wonderful in a great location at Snowcreek.

This was our first time renting thru Mammoth Reservations Inc. and the staff is very helpful. BUT, the condo unit was starting to be painted the first day we were there and the windows were covered the whole 4 days, so we could not get fresh air into the unit. We fully understand construction/maintenance issues, but we expect be able to open the windows during our stay. The noise was not an issue and the paint crew were very polite and a happy group. THe paint smell was not good when we would open the front door for fresh air.

Obviously recently overhauled

This is a great little condo with a patio onto the meadow section. We had 3 of us and the hide-a-bed was in great shape. The walls have obvious open places for more art/photos/maps, so I suspect it has recently been re-done. We'll look for this again.
