  • SITUÉ DANS LE VILLAGE, env. 100 pieds à pied de la Gondole, des magasins, des magasins, des divertissements, des restaurants raffinés et décontractés. Cette une chambre, une taille Queen et une double escorte; Deux salles de bains (Jack et Jill) condo 4 personnes avec deux téléviseurs à écran plat, DVD, câble, barbecue sur balcon, cuisine entièrement équipée, cheminée.
    Piscine intérieure chauffée avec jacuzzi et sauna, Salle de jeux dans le bâtiment de la piscine, laveuse et sécheuse dans le bâtiment de la piscine; FREE Secured Parking souterrain assigné pour une auto, Wi-Fi GRATUIT, situé à l'extrémité nord du village, très calme.

    Il y a une unité juste au-dessus qui peut être ouverte pour dormir 10, c'est une chambre à deux chambres, loft (configuration de sommeil, Cal King, twin / double / twin, dort six) avec deux téléviseurs à écran plat, deux DVD, cheminée, Large balcon couvert avec barbecue, barre de cuisine avec assis pour 3, avec une table à manger pour s'asseoir 6. Il s'agit de la première année pour que cette unité soit une location de vacance, tous les meubles, meubles, tableaux sont TOUS NOUS ... ou louez ces unités séparément. Perfect location, just steps away from the village and Mammoth Brewery. The condo has everything you need, and as an extra bonus, it has two bathrooms. Parking is convenient. Great communication with host.

Very nice updated condo right in the Village. Great communication from the owner regarding check in and property details and quick responses with any questions. Parking garage is clean and secure. Definitely recommend and will be booking again

Fantastic location within an easy walk to the gondola and village. Underground parking is a huge plus! Stayed here as a family of 4 (two adults and two toddlers) and had plenty of space and everything we need for a comfortable stay. Host was responsive to any questions and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay again next year for our annual visit to the snow!

Wonderful!

We had an amazing time and Becky was very responsive and checked in to make sure our stay went smoothly. I would not hesitate to stay again! Love the underground parking, covered pool, and proximity to the Village. Very comfortable, cool breezes, great beds, and lovely furnishings.

Location, Location, Location

It was the perfect location if you are looking to stay parked and just roam the area! Everything was walking distance… from food to the free gondola up to the base for skiing. The communication was fast and everything was easy to navigate. Overall, I had no complaints and would highly recommend it for couples or solo travelers.

Cute and Cozy!

We had a really great stay and the host was so accomodating! Perfect for a couple or family of four. The pull-out couch was surprisingly cozy! And we really liked the way the bathroom was situated -Two toilet/powder room areas with a shower in between. It's in a great location just steps to the gondola! We will definitely stay at this cute place again! Clean, modern decor with a fabulous host!

Perfect location and updated rental

So many of the places in Mammoth are 30 or 40 years old and feel it. This one was recently remodeled and that gives it a really nice vibe. It is right in the village, so it's great to have all those restaurants and shops and the gondola to Canyon Lodge just steps away away

Great Mammoth Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this conveniently located and recently remodeled condo in the Fireside complex steps to the condo. Some other positive aspects were the hot tub and pool and laundry in the building next door. The condo has a well-stocked kitchen and a Jack and Jill bathroom with 2 toilets. The complex is small and has underground parking which was a huge bonus in a blizzard! Great host, Becky is super responsive and helpful! A great stay, highly recommended.

Location Location Location. Clean and well appointed condo.

The condo is very convenient for quick access to the Village and Gondola. It's clean and well stocked with blankets and pillows which isn't always the case. We needed the pullout couch so it's nice to have plenty of linens for everyone to sleep comfortably. The full size refrigerator in the entryway was appreciated. We just used the mini refrigerator in the kitchen to keep water and snacks cool. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, but a lot of snafus

The check in process for this stay was a night mare. We were provided codes for the garage, building, and unit that were all INCORRECT. Thankfully we arrived in the evening and were able to call the property manager, and I was grateful that we arrived earlier than anticipated. The unit itself is as described. The walls are paper thin and we could hear the party above us the whole night. But the location is perfect for skiing--5 minute walk to the gondola.

Great location perfect for two

The unit is all new (building is old). Kitchen is small and sufficient. Don’t expect to make a big meal (smaller than standard size stove / oven). Kitchen is well stocked. Location is as close as you can possibly get to the village without actually staying in a village condo. True that it’s just 100 steps (or less) to village gondola. Underground parking is a big bonus during the winter - as we were there during big storms. We will come back, but it was a bit tight with two adults and one teen son (just our preference that we probably should pay for a two bedroom). With one or two younger kids it would be enough room. Very happy with it overall!

Can't beat the central location in the Village

The unit meets all our needs. We love it for the proximately to the village. We stay at this complex every year. Since we eat out the entire time, the small kitchen suits us just fine with a small fridge and microwave for leftovers, but it has an oven/stove and seems well stocked for those that need it.

No Pride of Ownership - Definition of Deferred Maintenance

As other reviewers have said, this condo has a great location. That’s the only positive thing I can say about it. It’s dated and shows a total disregard for upkeep or about your quality of your stay. The bed sagged in the middle. The pull-out bed in the couch worn out and has a bent frame. It’s as bad as you can imagine. The bedroom heater failed on us as it has on numerous other reviewer’s stays. The directions to fix it are pathetically unclear as are the general instructions about the condo. Kitchen faucet is loose and just adds to the annoyances. No supplies for lighting a fire were provided, but there was some wood. The hot water is the biggest problem. The water heater is small 38-gallons, but if you bring it up as an issue, Becky will tell you it’s your fault for taking too long of a shower. For a family of four, we had to split showers to morning and night because of it. Enjoy that after the hot tub! Not a single sharp knife in the drawer. Non-stick cookware is old, scratched and isn’t non-stick. Too many other flaws to list, but think single-ply TP and use your imagination.

Great location

Location is wonderful! Easy to get to slopes and restaurants. The place itself was very cozy and nicely set up with good supplies. It is an older building and apartment that could use some updating. Nonetheless less the stay was very comfortable. The heater in the bedroom stopped working. I wrote to the owner, Becky, who responded within 24 hours with a reset suggestion which did not work. While there, luckily it was warm enough to not need it but if it were colder it would have been a real problem. Overall, I recommend this place.
