Great mountain views from this spacious 3 bedroom plus loft, 2 bathroom condo
in a beautiful quiet setting. As soon as you enter, you will find a nice space
to hang up your jackets and kick off your shoes and enjoy this comfortable
mountain condo. To the left is the living room with sectional couch, where you
can cozy around the wood burning fireplace with river rock surround and sunny
deck with gorgeous Mountain View’s. The kitchen is fully stocked with
everything you would need to prepare meals for the whole family, and with a
dining area that seats 6. The Master is also on this lower level, featuring a
Queen bed, flatscreen TV with attached full bathroom. Upstairs you will find a
great open loft hangout space for kids or 2nd living room space complete with
Smart TV and sectional offering additional sleeping area with a sleeper sofa.
There are two more spacious bedrooms on the upper level and a full bathroom.
One bedroom features a Queen bed with flatscreen TV, and the second bedroom
has two sets of twin bunk beds. Enjoy contemporary decor, flooring throughout,
upgraded appliances and bonus spaces in this family friendly cabin. Hang out
by the sunny pool (summer only) while using the public gas grill or soak in
the Jacuzzi on a cold winter day. It is centrally located with a short walk to
Groceries, Coffee Shops, Restaurants & Shops. Just 100 yards from the Mammoth
Creek park, you can fish the creek, use the playground or picnic at the tables
or large grassy area or enjoy the Mammoth Community Rec Zone or LA Kings Ice
that offers a host of activities and year-round recreation opportunities.
There is also EV car chargers available for free use at the Rec Zone. This
condo sleeps a maximum of 10 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces.
All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to
enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness
facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two
parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free
